COVID-19: It’s business as usual at Sigma18 March, 2020
Despite all the disruption and understandable concern caused by the Coronavirus pandemic, for our customers and partners it’s business as usual at Sigma. We’re a technically enabled business with a trusted team that are equipped and trained to handle rapidly changing circumstances, the vast majority of whom are now working remotely.
- Your day-to-day contacts are still available by phone and email
- Scheduled meetings will still take place, but we’ll make them virtual via Microsoft Teams* (we’ll use the blur feature to keep random dogs and kids out of the background but apologies in advance)
- You can create your own quotes quickly and easily using the Sigma Gateway
- Orders are still being placed, processed and shipped by our Vendor partners (because they’re awesome and working just as hard as we are)
- Microsoft CSP orders can be placed via Sigma Cloud
