The purchasing team is responsible for processing and fulfilling your orders. We are in direct contact with the suppliers and keep up to date with price changes for you. Additionally we create the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the products, prices and discounts.
Our services include:

Handling product inquiries for products that are not on our Sigma base, but needed by you

Processing & fulfilling your order as fast as possible. We currently have a turnaround of 48 hours in 85-90% of orders.

Dealing with your after sales queries. If there are any problems with your licenses or invoices, we will take care of it for you and contact the vendor.
