Individual and departmental accounts - Individual users or departments are assigned a print account which authorises them to print to a pre-defined budget, with a fully customisable message pop-up if they run out of credit. Once their budget is used up, users are disabled from further printing until credit is renewed.
Colour or Black and white - Ranger Print Manager will detect print jobs that contain colour data and charge accordingly.
Balance enquiry and print history - users can instantly view their personal or departmental balance and print history detailing document names, number of pages printed, and date and time of print jobs.
