An automated, end-to-end solution for certification enables a repeatable, auditable and accurate access certification process oriented toward business users. Our solution collects up-to-date information about user entitlements. Reviews are created automatically for appropriate visibility and certification. Archived certifications and audit trails provide the evidence needed by auditors.

Reporting
Ad hoc reporting, together with an extensive set of built-in reports, delivers detailed and summary analyses of users, applications, entitlements, certifications and compliance status. User entitlements information is periodically collected from across the enterprise.

Automation controls
Business and IT teams can limit the possibility of fraud by easily defining business rules. The rules then automate the monitoring of user entitlements so that issues, such as segregation of duties (SOD) violations, are identified early. Automated workflows engage appropriate parties, enabling prompt action. Furthermore, business rules make it easy to test and automatically enforce security and compliance policies associated with identities and entitlements.

Remediation
Automated remediation and auditing of user access privileges is supported across the enterprise through native integration with an organization’s existing identity management and IT change management infrastructure. If necessary, inappropriate access can be immediately revoked.
