Intel VTune Amplifier - power and performance profiling

Intel VTune Amplifier provides power profiling capabilities for in-depth visibility of CPU and GPU activities. Identify wake-up causes, timers triggered by application and interrupts mapped to hardware interrupt level. Display CPU core frequencies and events that wake-up the processor at the source code level.

Also get performance profiling capabilities for system performance optimisation. Display hardware events with call stacks and take advantage of low overhead sampling which can identify hot spots in small functions. Show results in source or assembly, no instrumentation required.

Intel JTAG and GDB Debugger - system and application debuggers (optional)

The Intel JTAG debugger and the GDB debugger (optional) are advanced system and application level debuggers for faster issue detection. Get in-depth CPU, SoC and chipset debugging with full register descriptions and source level debugging of the OS kernel software, BIOS, UEFI, firmware and drivers.

Intel Inspector - improve code reliability

Intel Inspector's dynamic and static analysis tools pinpoint crucial memory and threading coding defects and can identify memory leaks, invalid access, data races and deadlocks. Intel Inspector supports remote data collection, debugger breakpoints and can break on selected errors.

Intel C/C++ Compiler - high-performance compiler

The Intel C/C++ Compiler delivers performance and scalability benefits across Intel processors. Speed optimisations generate faster code while shorter execution times help when writing low-power applications. The inclusion of Intel Cilk Plus provides a simple, reliable way to utilise performance-boosting multicore capabilities with just three keywords. Intel C/C++ Compiler also supports GNU cross-build, integration into Eclipse CDT and the Yocto Project Application Development Toolkit.

Intel Integrated Performance Primitives - highly optimised algorithms for media and data applications

Intel Integrated Performance Primitives (IPP) provides an extensive library of highly optimised functions for demanding signal, data and multimedia processing applications.

Intel Math Kernel Library - highly optimised math routines

The Intel Math Kernel Library (MKL) includes highly vectorised and threaded linear algebra, fast fourier transforms (FFT), vector math, random number generation and statistics functions. The functions are highly optimised for Intel Core and Intel Xeon processors.
