Different views for different users and uses
For mapping and understanding processes, ENGAGE helps you visualise critical criteria in several ways. Views can now be applied with one click and you can easily switch between Value stream, Swimlane, LEAN-view, Learning-to-see and Input-/output-view.
New interface
Modeler introduced the new Ribbon user interface that groups Modeler functions by task. This helps you to improve productivity when creating diagrams and to accomplish tasks more efficiently.
New management functions
ENGAGE Tables helps you manage and specify tables that enable you to standardise entities such as roles, documents, IT-systems, locations and more in all process diagrams throughout the organisation.
Feedback functions allow all employees involved in the process to give feedback to the process owner if changes are applicable.
Repository functions will allow you to manage authorisation, version control, and collaboration with your colleagues.
New icon sets & taylor-made icons
Alternative sets of icons and shapes with an Icons-command come in handy to prepare process models for different industries and users. Not only industry-focused shapes but also the BPMN-shapes or taylor-made icons are an option.
Workspace styling options
Change and apply the lay-out of your workspace that work best for you. It allows you to manage how and which windows you have on your screen.

ENGAGE Modeler Professional
Ideal for professionals who use modeling tools for projects focusing on process management; LEAN-consulting, or for workshop sessions such as Brown Paper workshops. Modeler Professional comes with a variety of ready-to-use shapes, but you can also create your own. ENGAGE Professional comes with a set of features and functions ideal for value stream-, flowchart- or swimlane mapping.
Easy process analysis and basic simulations make it a smart consulting tool. Modeler’s export functions help you to publish the processes in MS Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint. This way you quickly and automatically create different types of reports that will help managers to get the information they need. With new features and an improved user interface, you can create professional process maps more easily than ever before.
Modeler Professional supports sub-processes to break up larger processes into smaller more manageable pieces, diagrams are automatically validated to ensure they're correctly constructed and can be published via ENGAGE Modeler for central storage or to Viewer to share with the team or to MS Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
ENGAGE Modeler Enterprise
Ideal for multiple professional users in consulting firms or in-house consultants in large corporations or simply for process management teams in medium sized organisations of all kinds of industries, such as consulting, financial services, logistics, governments and healthcare.
Modeler Enterprise includes all features of Modeler Professional and adds management functions such as Tables, Feedback and Repository. Additionally it allows you to connect to ENGAGE Viewer and easily publish an electronic quality handbook for internal or external use.
ENGAGE Viewer
Viewer enables you to set up your quality manual in no time and make all procedures directly available to employees electronically. It is a valuable tool to keep your processes or quality handbook updated at any time as a reference for all employees involved in the process. Viewer reduces process documentation efforts by 50%.
