New in ComponentOne Studio for WinForms 2010 V1

• Visual Studio 2010 support - utilising new .NET 4.0 features and shipping with an enhanced design-time experience, all controls support Visual Studio 2010
• New gauge control - new radial (e.g. circular, half-circular, arced, clamshell) and linear gauges for display of data within a fixed range. Support for pointers, markers, ranges, labels, state indicators, images and more make it easy to create great-looking and functional gauges
• Excel-style data grid filtering - the FlexGrid control now supports value and conditional filtering. Allow users to specify up to 2 filter conditions, e.g. to only show rows with a value greater than 100
• New stacked pie chart - display concentric pie charts within Chart for WinForms. Also included additional properties for the display of labels and label values
• New Visual Studio style docking - in C1DockingTab you can now dock windows in the same way Visual Studio windows can be docked
• Reports for WinForms now support RDL - the Report Definition Language used by Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services
• And more! Excel for WinForms supports the ICloneable interface on public objects and RTF text in cells, whilst Input for WinForms supports border colours for most input components and new Microsoft Office 2010 visual styles are available for Input, Menu and Toolbar controls

Additionally supports new AJAX 4.0 features including client-side data binding and templating and supports DynamicData 4.0 for automatic validation rules (required, range, custom and RegEx) and use of ComponentOne controls in DynamicData templates

• 64-bit support! ActiveX based applications running on 64-bit systems benefit from enhanced performance because more memory is available thereby improving performance when handling larger data sets. The following controls support 64-bit: Chart 2D 8.0, Chart 3D 8.0, VSFlexGrid 8.0, VSPrinter 8.0, VSDraw 8.0, VSPDF 8.0 and VSViewPort 8.0.
