Mobile help

Output to a new mobile-friendly HTML 5 format. This output works across all major mobile browsers, smart phones and tablets. It comes complete with navigation, table of contents, index and multi-touch support.

Right-to-left output

Publish NetHelp content in the right-to-left format. All interface elements including navigation panes, buttons and more, are repositioned in the appropriate places.

New Eclipse help format

Now you can export your Doc-To-Help content to Eclipse Help. This tri-pane Help system is a plug-in for Eclipse, and supports a table of contents, index, search, and context-sensitive help.

Microsoft Office 365 support

Doc-To-Help now integrates with the Microsoft Office 365 versions of Word and SharePoint.

NetHelp 2.0

The web-based output, NetHelp, has been significantly redesigned to make it more lightweight, SEO friendly, easier to customise and it has an improved appearance. Plus it's built on the jQuery JavaScript library so you can do virtually anything with it.

Publish to SharePoint/SharePoint Wiki

Wizards make it easy to automatically publish NetHelp to Microsoft SharePoint. It helps upload your NetHelp system to a SharePoint library which you can then link to or publish in a SharePoint Web Part. Alternatively, you can create an editable SharePoint wiki which maintains your links, related topics and table of contents.

Improved multi-language support

Handle virtually any combination of languages you need to use with new features including the ability to set a default spell checking language for each file when using the built-in editor. This makes for more effective spell checking and proofreading when using multiple languages in one project. Plus now Doc-To-Help will read the styles on your template no matter what language you're using.

Improved project storage

Store project files anywhere – for example your content on one drive, project on another and images on yet another. Doc-To-Help can handle that!

Improved image maps

The inclusion of a brand new image map editor in both the built-in editor and Microsoft Word makes it simple to make your images interactive.

Build from Microsoft Team Foundation Server

It is easier to perform automatic builds when you store your Doc-To-Help project in Team Foundation Server.

Improved build diagnostics

Doc-To-Help analyses more build components and gives more trouble shooting help when problems arise during output generation. Diagnostics for external compilers are now included - for example Microsoft’s HTML Help compiler.
