Logging in

Login to your account with your username (email address), and the password that you registered with by choosing ‘Login’ at the top of the page. Once logged in you should see your account name appear. If you have not logged in for 30 days your account will automatically expire, you will have to contact us at maildesk@sigmasd.com in order to be re-activated.

Registration

Registering will enable you to access your price list and account details, request quotes on-line or use our sourcing service to help you quickly find what you're looking for. You will also be able to access vendor information including white papers, case studies, datasheets and trial downloads for our top publishers.

My Account – Accessing pricelists

Clicking ‘My account’ on the information section will allow access to your pricelist, view outstanding product enquiries and check the status of any orders you have placed with us. These are held in the Document Centre. Please note you will only see these documents if you have a credit account with us. To apply for a credit account please fill out the Reseller Application Form

My Account will also allow you to edit any of your personal details, change your password and view your web quote history.

Document Centre

Price List – Access up to date pricing anytime by logging in to your account and clicking ‘document centre’. Once you have clicked 'open' you will need to be patient and wait for the Excel file to download. Alternatively you can save to your desktop first and then open.

Sourcing Request Report – If you have completed a sourcing request form, you can track any requests created in the last 7 days.

Status Report – View your completed orders that you’ve placed with us, track any outstanding orders and the ETA.

Quote pad / Quote History

The quote pad acts as a shopping basket and will hold any web quotes requested by the user online. Once submitted and you have been quoted, you will be able to view them in your web quote request history.

Quote History – This will contain web quotes submitted by the user online only; this will not be a record of your company’s previous quotes. If you have been quoted by filling out a sourcing request form, you won’t be able to view these on your quote history.

Searching

When finding what you are looking for you can:
Browse by vendor - use our publisher section on the left hand section of the homepage. Using the A-Z link allows you to search through our full vendor listing.

Browse our catalogue - our catalogue section allows you to search for a product under your specific application needs whether this is for education, Mac products or business and desktop applications.

Vendor showcases - You can click on our vendor showcases for information on our most popular publishers; if logged in you’ll be able to view datasheets, case studies, and access trial downloads.

Sourcing Service -If you can’t find the product you are looking for Sigma will look to source it for you. Simply fill out the Sourcing Request form and our team will do the rest. You can track and view any sourcing enquiries by viewing your sourcing request report in the Document centre.
